Easy, the Owl statues are marked on your map.
If you can find any one the large map, try zooming in on specific locations. (there are some in lake hylia and the deasert if i remember correctly)

You need to go back to the island with the flying peoples and do some quest there, then go to the big tree place and do a quest there. That restores the master sword's power.

you have to...
1: get the warping song thing. (i forgot its name) by shooting cyclos with 3 arrows.
2:warp to mother and child isles
3:use ice arrow on fire mountain, and go inside.
4: get t3h power braclets.
and theres some more stuff i cant be bothered to type now.
