Hey there, Ro-- er...Reioko... Seriously hate that name but if it suits you, I'm not one to judge. I like the story (Even thought I read it at your house) up to the race thing. ...then you lost me... Also, you need to upload it not post the whole thing.

First you need to make a .zip file: Take the folder with the document, images, video, audio, ect. Then you right click the folder go to "send to" and click "Compressed (Zipped) Folder". Then either go to an uploading site (There's http://www.megaupload.com or the infinitely better site http://www.mediafire.com) and upload the .zip there. The alternative is go to the bottom of the post and go to "Add an Attachment" and browse for the file (The .zip) and click "Add attachment" and you're good...

Long but needed. Hope it helped. Also, do me a favor, not trying to sound like a jerk but try to keep it on topic: But your a forum noob so I'll let it go...
