It's a game where you "control" two drunk dudes who are trying to play a game of sumo.
It's physics-based too! Great fun.

yea, going outside is best bet dude... im serious get some fresh air. You could always buy WoW and lose your social life... and pretty much any life you ever had or will have. Should take up a good few months maybe years of your time... Im not dissing the game, its well made. Just seems very addicting to me lol.

Yeah, find a good MMO. When I got depressed (also for undisclosed reasons), all I did was play MapleStory.
If you haven't played MapleStory, play it. I know that it's a whole lot of grinding, but it can get your mind away from things.

Um.... get off your computer? If you're depressed, you should go do something. Take up paintball, airsoft, baby seal clubbing. Anything to get your mind going and inflicting pain on yourself (paintball, airsoft) or others (seal clubbing) will make you feel better. Myself, I go for the seal clubbing, nothing raises your spirits like a good ol fashioned seal clubfest. But seriously, go find something you used to enjoy doing but haven't done in a long time. Try doing it again, you may accidently end up feeling better. (I dug up my old Warhammer 40k and Battlefleet Gothic stuff and redid some of the painting. It made me feel better by giving me something to focus on.) Failing ANY of those options, try to set up a LAN party with Gears of War or Halo (or any LAN capable game). If you can't do that, try online with some friends, and if all else fails, go see a movie. (Preferrably a comedy, like Hot Fuzz.)
