Damn this build scares me it feels so alien and the map contours are just plain weird half black half pink I want to make a map but it's just too confusing Data please release some documentation on contours and stuff.

Don't worry about the black, different programs show it for some reason and others don't. But pink still works for everything.

The materials just fill up their corresponding colors on the .BMP, it's quite simple once you've figured out which colors are which.

I think we could even make cave maps and floating islands with this new format, without having to use background objects. But I guess the floating maps will have to wait until the actor/boundary crash bug is fixed... :P

after playing this for awhile the actual game itself is getting quite a bit better even though the new map is way to easy seeing as the AI cant glitch through the cement.

build 14 is awsome! I love commanding armies around and when I use a drop ship I now usually put it up a little ways in the air and let it stay there so if someone is trying to get to a different part of the map fast they will crash lol.

build 14 is very confusing, but i'm sure we'll figure it out. we all started somewhere with modding, in an unknown environment, being forced to figure it all out on our own, and we will. it'll just take some time, and realising what we thought was challenging is just a simple changing or adjusting as it was before

[except i changed what needed to be changed and the game beefs with effing materials....]

+better loading system
+new map and cool background
=Terrain is stiff
-Very few mods that work
-A few bugs to sort out
-enemy still walks back and fourth over brain

Over all I give this a 3 out of 5

Ah fuuuc......

Everytime i play using grassland map it crashes right after i'd say...20-25 mins
Thats the only pattern which i think its related other then 2-5 sentries cpu and a slave miner
And no custom mods installed yet...any solution?posted in the bug report already.
