Is it me, or has the forum been going slow lately?
I rarely see new posts. Only 1 or 2 every once in a while.
Even the Twisted Spork hasn't gotten a new post for 6 hours.
What's up with you guys?

We are getting bored, even me! Who has quickly become one of the most active members, is dying out (only cuz of MLB 07: The Show)

We can't just let the forum slowly die down just because we're bored...

Yeah... the actual game discussion has stagnated, and the off-topic section isn't supposed to be the main draw.
Patience, grasshopper.

It's a cycle. Every now and then forums just loose their momentun and go to sleep for a while.

Yeah I lul'd when I realized the off-topic is the main attraction.

yea I did notice that not hardly anyone is going too make any new mods until the next build theres already a thread about why, so I think off topic will probably be where the posts are going.

I'm still making mods for this build, but that's because I find it fun to make mods, I don't expect there will be a huge number of people around to play them.
I think most of us have played the actual game to death, there is very little originality to be found in the current build of CC.

Frankly, I think the more and more you visit this forums the slower things seem, but once you cut back on visiting so much stuff seems to go faster.

It's beginning to feel like ancient Rome, wherin the Coliseum is the main attraction, and the attraction of the day semi-regularly switches between moderators vs. the alligator pit, newbies vs. the finest gladiators this side of Sicily, and idiots vs. doors #1-3, containing snakes, rancors, and virgins with poison-tipped daggers, in that approximate order. Can't wait until another war (build) breaks out so that we can relieve the populace of their boredom in the more traditional way.

Eh. I think a controlled flame-war might keep things going, for at least a minute. Maybe. No. Nevermind.
...Making the game 10 times more moddable should be Data's primary concern, and it'd keep this forum alive.

Data has said that he won't release a build for a while so it doesn't screw up mods. I think we are screwing up the mods forum for him anyway.

it would be nice if data could introduce some form of scripting to the modding side of cortex command, that would have the potential to add an almost limitless amount of flexibility to modding
