can you use ps2 controllers on cortex?

Don't know really but at a guess I'd say yes ps2 controllers have all the equivelant buttons to xbox 360 wired controllers and they work try it.

PS3 controller......hmm, works...a little....the R1 and L1 buttons do the same as the Start and Select button....reset and back to the main menu so your at a loss of 2 buttons unless you set the Next/Previous Body buttons to something else [i did square and circle]
a little confusing to set up the controller [to get windows to recognize it; and i can personally say that Vista is compatible with it]. i dont' know if a PS2 controller is any different, but that's something to look out for

oh..... should i just get a usb controler from pc world or currys (and yes, that is a store that sells compuers and other appliances )

use what-ever is comfortable for you [to hold in your hands, and in price to buy], if you know people with a 360, or a PS3, try the controllers, and if they have a spare wired 360 controller, use it, if they have a spare PS3 controller their willing to lend, go for it [PM me for help with the PS3 controller, it's a little confusing and i have all the drivers]. Or if you find a standard USb controller that's a nice price and you like, go for it. It's just a matter of personal opinion. [mine being the PS3 controller]
