CC for PSP?
The reason that I think that this is a good idea is that I am in fact in a different country and am posting this on my PSP and would love to be able to play CC.So is it possible?

I don't think Data Realms would pay the money to buy developer software from sony.

If it ever does make it to game stations then they probably won't be the owners. Some hot shot will offer them so much money to buy it off of them they can't deny it any longer so go through with it. This would be in the way distant future too, so don't get your hopes up. The only way they would get it in game stations and still be the proud owners is if there final build is like $40 and millions of people buy it... not likely but still possible.

I'm saying it doesn't need approval for something like that, someone could just homebrew it, instead of doing all of that legal crap

Looks slightly smarter, but I haven't actually viewed the forums for more than 20 seconds in over a month. Or maybe 2 weeks... I don't keep good track of time, but regardless, people are, at the very minimum, committing less jackassery then last time I was on..

What do Sony's licenses for PSP say about that? Problem with a game like this is that the developers are easy to identify and prosecute if Sony deems that a guerrilla release has to submit to their corporative rule. OTOH, maybe they'd already gone on their crusade against homebrew if that was ever bound to happen...
