So basicly when i made the 9 different folders of the game it would work only using whats inside that exact folder???

Look. You install it in more than one place (add a 2 to the second CC folder when installing). Put the mods in only one of them, make sure there's a shortcut to each exe (you do know how to make shortcuts, right?) on the desktop, and run each one separately. It's not that taxing.
The default icon on your desktop and start menu will change each time to refer to the most recently installed version of the game, if that's what you're asking.

thank you i got it running this moring the only thing i need now is to get a full fantasy conversion which is mostly what my friend wants. Well thank you for your help everyone
