ok, i searched the forum for this topic and it looks like no one suggested it.

Would it be cool if clones get more accurate by the time they kill more and more? that would also encourage the healing station/medic to be implemented.

i was also thinking that robots don't really evolve like humans do, so for them you do upgrades, like chips and all that, just by ordering them, but i am not sure if this is really balanced...

I don't see the point in this, it's not like you can just kill people, you have to buy new ones.
Also, accuracy is to do with guns, not actors.

but isn't there a way to increase it for the guns? i mean AK-47 shoots very inaccurate, it depends how well you hold the gun and all that

All right, first of all, if you had a powerful clone, it only takes a crappy skeleton with a pistol to kill it. Also, if you wanted this to be 'realistic' or something that wasn't insane amounts of guilt-free violence, they're clones. Trained from growth into soldiers. They're all equal. Besides, they're controlled by the brain, so it's al the brain's experience, not theirs.

I think he meant in real-life. Certain guns do have a bit of spread, yes, but you must hold a gun properly for it to be accurate. Frankly, I wish recoil was accumulated rather than static, because even the first shot from a gun will be very close to where you are pointing it, but nevertheless, a game is a game.

well i guess that is kinda wrong they are still clones that resemble pretty much to humans, and humans DO get better by the time they do a certain thing, better and better till they become proz...

you dont get it: they are proz to start with, AND its the brain that controls everything. and i meane verything. any buff person can be a clone, it sthe brain using it who determines sniper or gung-ho dum-crap.

Even though this isnt really possible... You can have elite clones, like clones who were already in battle so theyre skills evolved

Too bad it cant be done

Even though it sounds sucky and pointless it can change the game for the better

aaaa, ok man i get it now, i didn't really understood that the brain was DIRECTLY controlling the clones...

but still at least ranks, above their heads as a kill count, or something it would be cooler that way

For reference, he's talking about unit veterancy. Sounds like a pretty neat way to encourage people to play smarter with their units.

Meaning no throwing him into a dropship engine.

I wholeheartedly support this feature.

Your idea is like... a rank system. Example: You kill 2 actors with your own little actor, he gets this little gold star or medal infront of his health bar which indicates he is now in a higher rank. The new rank makes him much more accurate with the guns and the SharpAim distance is longer.

Here are some examples i made up of how the ranks can affect the Actor.

- Better aim/less shake
- Longer SharpAim distance
- Better/Tougher armor, better gibwound limit
- Regenerates a small amount of health (temporary for 20 when he achives a new rank)
- Faster run speed
- More Jetpack fuel/time
- Can carry more weapons before the weight "meter" turns yellow or red.
- New sprites (such as an little gold medal on the helmet or the jacket or "bigger" armor)

etc...

It would require remaking the whole game so the guns accuracy and stuff will depend on the actor... So... Yeah...
