In answer to your questions, though
1. Press both of the actor selection buttons at once.
2. That hasn't been implemented yet.
3. The coding for that is a bit too advanced for the current code, although making a weapon selectable without a limb and then making a spare arm a weapon that can select other weapons could work. Again, the coding for that is too advanced.
4. I assume LAN will be implemented when playing on the internet is.
