*sigh* purple put the installation file for the WinRAR archive program in a file type that can only opened by WinRAR. So, he needs WinRAR to open WinRAR.
This scenario is called a Catch-22.

He bought it. He actually bought it!
OK, listen that is a .rar file, which can only be opened with WinRAR. What purple has done is put the installation file inside a file type that only be opened by the file inside the .rar.
And, no, I will not explain that last sentence to you.
