Apparently they are spamming in pre-existing topics... and attempting camoflauge using quotes.

What is the point of showing their ips?
These ips are probably proxies or zombie pcs. And ips also change, I get a new ip every time I connect to the net. |

Heh, how little you understand.
Though the total ip changes, the first numbers do not. Thus I can identify areas to bomb with nukes. |
