this is an extremely useful mod i love it. It makes the game just a bit harder and much funner. More complex gameplay

Well i just truly tested the mod and have some feedback for you.

I would reccomend that you add a small tutorial on how to add your own actors and even brains to .rte file or to this thread because i am not familiar with lua yet. Also i think that you should add all vanilla actors to this once you release the final version.

I would also have to agree with Nonsequitorian as he is right and so is SuperJuden as it is true. It seems like you just guessed it and also the ground jump glitch is very strange and can make ground attacks easy while if i actually wanted to do a real ground attack i would need a digger and then a lot of patience. Although i did have fun to hide a bunch of troops right under the ground so they could sneak kill all other actors. I also survived 30 minutes of your version of one man army by just burrowing under and shooting other actors.

In general this mod seems to be very well done and entertaining but still has its bugs. Thanks for the mod dude.

Then let the bug hunt begin:

This update removes the bug that allowed you to jump underground, deactivates the increased mobility if you loose legs (or even just one of them), destroys grass in a more efficient way and increases the reliability of the mod(less floating around, legs doing wierd crap... etc).

Now it works much better.

Sometimes it goes floating around but it quickly puts its legs back on Earth.

Would it be possible to publish this mod in in a .zip or a .rar format? I happen to have a mac, so I don't have the ability to get 7zip

This mod look amazing and i am dying to try it out!

one thing i noticed after the initial patch was that the mod completely disabled jetpacks...and replaced it with a jump...

is it possible to have a version that has all the bugfixes, but with jetpack capability?

I just updated it with a jetpack version of the runner, if you wish to use this one in one runner army comment line 9 of Mobility.rte/One Man Army.lua out and uncomment line 10.
The jetpack runner has every abbility but the jump(roll, run, dropship walk...etc)

great mod, it seems like i found an small bug, and strange thing, 1) the runner destroys grass when he's not even touching it, 2) runner can float for second after jumping
also my suggestion, make him able to climb up on walls :grin:

The grass thing is intentional so it doesn't slow him down.
The floating thing was fixed in the latest version as far as I am aware.

I love the fact that you can make any actor move like this by just adding a simple line of code.

In my opinion this belongs to the best mods ever made.

Edit:I implemented it to a soldier i made and messed around skirmish defense with him and dual skorpions, 2 dreadnoughts came and when i was charging at them my guns were destroyed, i kept going and delivered flying kicks to both, god i love this mod!
