ok, i'm not sure exactly where this should go, i mean, technically it's a mod, but it's kinda not...

anyway, the idea is this, change something in the base.rte to affect the game in a significant way, then post the file that you changed (or the Base.rte with only the changed files so that they'll overwrite)

here's mine, rather impractical since it makes clones all but unkillable except with a digger, but it makes them bleed profusely from wherever they are shot and is quite fun to watch , try it and you'll see what i mean (make a backup of the effects and clones .ini's)

So we just change something and then post it? Do we keep changing the same one, or create an all new one?

just change anything, doesn't have to be the same thing, so long as there's an effect on the game, and then post it
