-Altleast 6 months joined.
-2/3 of other mods. say that person should be.
-2/3 of people say yes.
-Has atleast 200 total post.
-Helps people out.

I'd scrub the 200 posts. This forum has a lot of spam intake from just about every party, so it's not really a great way of judging.
