Anyone can nominate anyone's mod. (well, how about you can nominate your own mod every other week, fair or not?) And, you should link to it, not post the actual mod.

So how are we going to judge these? I think a percent system would work, with 100 being best and 0 being lowest. Then we take the average of all the scores for a given mod for the final score. And, if a judge submits his own mod, the average system still works, just that only four instead of five scores are averaged.

Damn... Well, here's how to post the link: copy the address of your mod (i got it) into the reply box.
http://datarealms.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2418
then, put right before it, then after it. they should be touching.
End result: http://datarealms.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2418

I don't think we should have a ratings system per se. I just think that of all the mods/scenes/etc posted, the judges should pick one. This will be posted (linked to) on, mabye a separate thread specifically for the hall of fame. (we could also have a wall of shame thread, where judges just post extremely bad or poorly designed mods, they don't have to be submitted for MOTW to be posted here.
Re: Thanatos: Yeah, why not? What's different from the pulse and the phase?

Hmm, yeah, I think he's got a point there. Just another thread to get clogged up, and it might discourage new modders to make mods, in fear that it will end up there. Hey Thanatos, I know how you feel. I stayed up nights working on a mod (for about a week) that I eventually scrapped!

Well, i'mna have a "super happy fun time" finishing my mod for the next few hours.

Do you mean that there will be five nominations? Or that the judges will, let's say tomorrow, post their favorite and then decide amongst themselves which one will go in the Hall?

Re: Thanatos: Yeah, I said that I got it in one of the previous posts. It's cool that you took the time to write a backstory for it. Mmm, Cortex Command fan lore... *drools*.... .... ....
It's very cool. Have you seen that gun, "singularity?" I think it's in purple's updated wep pack.
Re: Joe Mikkel: Actually, anyone can post any mod. The judges each select a personal fave. If two people choose the same one, then the one who posted first WITHOUT editing any posts (I'm looking at you Kelas, lol) gets to choose that one. So, there's five. The judges will come to a verdict on which is the best, by either PMing or posting here, and then that one will be entered in the hall of fame (if we even have one... should I make a new thread after the first one is chosen?). It's not like these rules are set in stone, but we shouldn't change the system after the first has been selected. (or else... ASTERISKS next to their mod's name ****)
