 Did you notice? Did you notice that if you press down when selecting a landing spot for your delivery, it will let you make that ship stay?
Edit: wait a minute. it doesnt work? o_O

I didnt at the first place. I thought it would work as I was busy testing other stuff.
I guess as Data said, it will be in the next build (14)

It cant.... Only the 1st rocket stays, the ones you order and do the 'stay' thing will blast back to space

but you have to hit your up and down button.
One makes it go one makes it stay.
