TDExplosives are counted as unheld items, as well as other HDFirearms hanging around. When there are more than 25 on the map (default setting), CC removes the oldest ones to make room for the new ones. Since you're using TDExplosives as your C4 particles, it's hitting the limit really fast.

Thanks Duh, I'll see if I can turn the inactive Spray into an MOSRotating or some such. Fixed and updated in the OP.
