Close the program that's using them, and then delete them. And also, this should go in Off-Topic next time.

how? its the folder for coboy in my CC folder that i whanta deleat and wont let me because its in use of that programe

Or, right click on the toobar at the bottom of windows, click task manager, and end the cortex command process.
