Re: Logitech G35 or Razer Barracuda? I have to agree with Venn, I made my comp for $800 in January '08 and it does the same thing. Nowadays those same parts are worth under $600.....
On topic: Sennheisers as far as I've heard are supposed to be great headphones, although I haven't tried them personally. I still recommend the Pulsewave though.

Re: Logitech G35 or Razer Barracuda? I have a pair of 5.1 headphones, and the surround sounds better and more realistic than on my good 5.1 speakers, so I really doubt the "surround sucks" statements.
Even though most LEDs around me are blue, I'd still go for the Logitech, since I have lots of Logitech stuff, and 7.1 sounds quite appealing.
