Re: B23 Bugs, report the minor annoying things here.
Another thing I noticed way back (~Build 21) is weapons sometimes disappear during the build phase. I'd build a weapon, and then either before building ends or once I start the weapon is just gone. I think there's some kind of physics error that's causing it to randomly explode. Very frustrating.
Can't remember I mentioned it here or another topic but sometimes enemies don't spawn in skirmish. I wait a while (and even on death difficulty) and nothing. I suspect it may have something to do with using the editor, but I'm not sure.

oh yeah, i've noticed for the last few builds that every now and again when the dropcrate lands its just randomly vanishes. ♥♥♥♥ if i know why, but it happens. has anyone else had this? seems to be completely random and not very likely, but still, worth looking into. also, the drop-crate's gibs contain two of the endpiece gibs at the same offset. make one of them HFlipped and up the other end of the crate pl0x.

I suspect it may have something to do with using the editor, but I'm not sure. On non-looping maps there's sometimes the problem that the enemies don't have the contour coordinates for within which X values to spawn. So they spawn outside the map and instantly die, the same way you loose control of units if you move them outside of the boundaries. On the maps where this happens; check if the death counter still goes up for the enemy, it usually does for me in these cases.

They've always been insta-kill, it's a head shot.

Actually, I'm a bit annoyed by how many bullets coalition troops can take to the head before they die. True, they do have a helmet, but it's still weird how it usually is more effective to aim for their legs...

I guess you're right, but it just made me mad that I was denied the ability to hold down a fort indefinitely with a couple ronin and a healer.

I've been testing lua files, opening and closing Cortex Command alot, and my computer is lagging...
So, I open up task manager.
There are 10 cortexcommand.exe's eating up my memory!
Augh!

I was actually just thinking this while looking through the BW comments... An overhaul of the user interface would be awesome.. although i understand it would definitely take an ridiculous amount of work... perhaps just a skirmish change... A map preview would be awesome, def with descriptions, and i think this would be a must once different game styles (deathmatch, CTF etc) come into skirmish... Just dealing with the 15 or so new maps is a pain, and I havnt even transferred over my old B22 maps yet :s... Moving into the next build, this would be awesome to see change EDIT: and crazyMLC, basically this happens whenever cortex crashes (anytime you dont hit "exit"), just end the process and deal with it... its been bugging me since like, build 17. Plus, its not a big deal, but i guess it should be looked at...
