 B23 - Cannot start skirmish

Post B23 - Cannot start skirmish
Haven't been able to get on in a while, and the day I come back I see B23, but there seems to be an issue.
CC loads fine. I can go into all the editors just fine. I can even view the scenes with the scene editor (Grasslands looks AWESOME now). However, going into Skirmish or loading a Mission will leave me with a black screen.

Computer:
Dell Studio 1737
Intel Core 2 Duo (P8600) @ 2.40Ghz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 @1440x900x32
4GB RAM
Vista Home Premium x64



EDIT: Fixed by removing all mods, even if they loaded without error. No idea what the cause is, but I'll try looking into it.
