Looks delicious. I must try sometime. However, I contest claims about it being the unhealthiest food ever. This.

That one takes it past disgusting into the realm of sickening. thats coming from a vegetarian though, so maybe i should just stay out of the discussion of predominantly gore-based pizza burgers :P

Awesome most disgusting food of the philippines, I didn't come across it when I was there and I'm happy I've never tried it.

Balut are duck eggs that have been incubated until the fetus is all feathery and beaky, and then boiled alive. The bones give the eggs a uniquely crunchy texture.
They are enjoyed in Cambodia, Philippines and the fifth and seventh levels of hell. They are typically sold by street vendors at night, out of buckets of warm sand. You can spot the vendors because of their glowing red eyes, and the faint, otherworldly sound of children screaming.

I lol'd. Oh well, I understand that other people don't want to try such food, since it's different and all. Also, you can spot vendors easily if you see half-upper bodies of female with bat wings flying around.

I just realized bacon covered poutine is on that page I linked to, its right between the bacon-cheese-pizza-burger and the Large meat pizza covered with potato skins, mozzarella sticks, mini taco’s, jalapeño poppers and onion rings.

Its official DRL is the home of suicide food.

Why on Earth did this thread go from Poutine to the most vile foods you've ever eaten?

Okay, the idea was to discuss food that is related to a the country you live in, not so much disgusting gross-out food that makes us all sick.

are you saying the pizza-crepe-taco-pancake-chilli-bag is un-american? or the chocolate-chip-pancakes-&-Sausage-on-a-stick, or even the candied-bacon-icecream? these are all american things, and I honestly made a chocolate-omelet once. never again.
