Changing the enemies you fight?
I've obviously done it before, because I had it set to fight WWII enemies from aforementioned mod before I went about downloading more of the latest updated ones, and now I don't remember how I did it. Now I have Crobotech guys running around, which is fine if I want to use the more high powered weapons, but some of the weapons I have are nearly ineffectual against them. On top of that, I want to have a good old Orks vs Space Marines warzone.
Try to keep it simple and explain things clearly. I'm easily confused when it comes to things like this.

Re: Changing the enemies you fight?
Ok, so try using search next time. So, if you want to use other enemies (other activites.ini) go to the mission.rte folder, find index.ini, open it and find this: Code: IncludeFile = Missions.rte/Activities.ini Then comment it out: Code: // IncludeFile = Missions.rte/Activities.ini Then go to the mods .rte and find the mods index.ini and search for a activites line. If you want them on, uncomment the line (no slashes), or off, comment it out (2 slashes in fornt of the line). This should work. EDIT: I just want to make this clear, if the mod doesn't have activities with it you can't play against them unless you make an activites.ini.

What version are you using (pc or mac)? Or might you accidently removed the line? And is there a Activities.ini in the missions.rte? If you want to use mods activites then that doesen't matter, but it's good to have the original activities somewhere.

I commented out the old activities and removed the // from the new activities... but no dice!

I don't know what happened to it, but I found a backup I had made that had the line. I had a lot of crashes trying to disable the various mods activities for some reason, but they stopped just as suddenly and work fine now.

Wait, so its really that easy instead of the difficult to comprehend other tutorials i've attempted to read? ... damn it.

If you'd read the devblog, you'd see that how the game handles activities had changed. Please do some searching around next time before you post.
