This is very bad. Use the bottom doors. I'll handle the offsets for the different pieces, as long as Someone else actually codes/sprites. I could even make the gibs. Gibs I can do. The gib editor actually works, and I can just take an existing sprite and chop it up and re-color it to make the gibs. (pieces, and shaded to look burnt)

I personally don't like bottom doors. Back doors are much easier to drop troops from. If the dropship goes to close to the ground, it will crush anyone who tries to escape. This often happens when you damage the engines. If the dropship is too damaged to fly, side doors would at least help the passengers escape.

I've tried to sprite the Orca dropship since 0, and its like climb the everest wearing 500 crabs in a bag I'll try two more possibilities, reprite the droid-ship or make by myself the plains in a 3D designer (Mcgyver)

the rear mounded doors are more safe(you shoot the engine and the dropship crashes no troop can exit alive) we need some1 to sprite the WEAPONS and the ACTORS!!! the dropship can whait untill theese are finished... i can help with the coding part(exept the dropship)... so... thinks than must be done... 1) a respriting of the fusion cutter. 2) a stealt suit. 3) a respriting of the tau fire warriors 4) a pulse blade(seremonial uses but it can be used as a melle weapon) 5) some1 must make a list with the weapons/possible dropships/actors 6) since grenade gave up on this mod what do you think than we can open a new thread(pleaze let me open it)???

Re-fixed. We don't really need to re-sprite the fire-warrior, it's not bad, its just not what I'd expect. we DO need to fix the helmet because its ugly. The rest can wait till last. I suggest we make the weapons first (up to stealth suit), then fix the fire-warrior, THEN make the stealth suit, THEN finally make the drop-ship/orca. Also, I suggest we just request this thread be moved to mod-making, and keep this thread. it's not like we wouldn't be clicking page 2 in no-time flat anyway. also 411570N3 wrote: I was thinking more of a hive mind, but that works too. the fire warrior must get longer legs and a better helmet... we realy need a stealt suit and a coulpe of new weapons... the dropship can whait for the time being...
