Post Control malfunction
This is a quick bug report.(its not an install or key issue that is why its not in support[if an admin feels like moving this to there go ahead])

ive noticed some odd things the game controls do.
1 - if the second player is moving(on a game pad[may be with other multiplayer setups as well]) will force the first player out of sharp aim as if the first player was moving.

2 - even when using mouse/keyboard setup, the keys h,j,k and l(plus some others) will also register as commands (fire, sharp aim, menu etc)

if your not having these problems please let me know so i can reinstall
otherwise just a quick bug report.

I don't get either of those.

This also doesn't work as a bug report anyway because you haven't provided any information of value beyond a description of the problem.

I didn't say it didn't exist.
I said he didn't provide enough information for that to be of any help to anybody.
Although I said it a little differently...
Upon more testing, I do get the menu via using one of the hjkl keys, but none of the others... (sharp aim, shoot, jetpack) And my gamepad has no effect whatsoever on any of the players in my games except the one it's supposed to.

wow such a useless comment....are you trying to be funny or something? clearly we're talking bout multiplayer...how do you propose 2 people both use keyboard and mouse genius?

on a side note.....i use a logitech dual action gamepad as well....and i am also experiencing this exact problem and i have the most updated drivers.....
seeing how other people with controllers arent having this problem....it might be just that this specific model is incompatible with CC atm......

someone uses a keyboard and someone uses the same keyboard and a mouse. you just need a good keyboard (to prevent key lockup) and intelligent keymapping; no controllers required. flame pointlessly again, try it. deathbal, not necessary or helpful.

im saying xbox and ps3 controllers are inferior to the mouse and keyboard.

Post Re: Control malfunction
some of these 'problems' i've also always had, but not specific to player 2.

first let me see if I understand this correctly. If you use sharp aim, and then move, be it walking, or getting shot, it ends the sharp aim. and your calling that a bug? I'd say that's a feature, not as a joke, because you'd have to intentionally add that.

typically you don't walk while looking down the scope of a riffle, Yes for pistols and things this is stupid, but its required for larger weapons.

And as for keypresses getting mixed up, go into your controller options configure player 1, and 2, as whatever, then set 3 and 4 as an unused method.

Also, don't let any 2 players both use the keyboard or mouse for anything. IE player 1 using arrow keys and mouse to move and shoot, but then player 2 using aswd to move and a 2nd mouse for aiming and shooting.

If doing that doesn't fix that problem, Check your hardware first. IE make sure your drivers for your keyboard and mouse are up to date, it might be a hardware/driver error and not CC. also update your controller drivers for the same reason.

After doing that, test it again. if it STILL has bugs, post. If this fixes it, post.

I've never had problem with player 1 inputs effecting player 2, nor the other way around.

Just to check, did I understand those 2 problems correctly, or did I go off in some other direction?
