Re: B21 released, no crap
Wow, this is incredible. - The scene editor has disappeared and the area editor can't be used for it. - You can't play skirmishes on your own, since there's no 1 player button. - When typing in the console nothing happens. Am I missing something here, or is this build just a piece of crap? Edit: Well, reinstalled it again and now it seems fine. Strange, but okay. Now to find out what this baby can do. Edit2: Nope, problems are still here and seem to appear when putting the resolution in 800x600. It messes up placement of menu buttons or something. 640x480 it is then.

Re: B21 released, no crap
ctrl functions: oldies: ctrl+r restarts (EVERYONE should know this, but still) ctrl+m cycles through show all/show terrain/show moids (been like this since r to reset got changed to ctrl+r) NEW!: ctrl+p shows information like FPS, amount of MOIDS etc. ctrl+o does "One SIM Update Per Frame!"
oh and console key is the same as in every other game (american=tilde key, English the one just under esc, to the left of "1")

Scene editor and skirmishes work as usual, area editor works fine, typing in the console works perfectly as long as you don't try to do it while in the editor. Did you install fresh or overtop of an old version?

Re: B21 released, no crap
Anyone have a list of known Lua commands that work? Data's examples on the devlog don't work, so maybe we could do some research and find the ones that do work? I've seen working (on some occasions): MovableMan:GetMOFromID(MOID) returns a MO, which can be stored as an actor or whatever MovableMan:GetMOIDCount() returns the number of movable objects (both yours and your enemy's) Actor.Pos is an instance variable (If Lua uses the same term as Java...) for the position of the given actor. This can be used as Actor.Pos = vector(coords) to move it a certain amount in that direction. Actor.Vel is an instance variable for the velocity of the actor in a given direction. Once again, this can be a vector.
The Pos and Vel variables are sort of funny, and I haven't gotten them to work consistently, but that could be because I don't have my actors properly selected.

Don't forget you have a choice of resolutions now in Options.

Haha, I set the resoultion to 1280x1024 and I can see the WHOLE map. It plays slower though with higher resolution for me.

Re: B21 released, no crap
I'm a little confused, am I supposed to unregister and then re-register? 'Cause whenever I start the game I see the Un-registered text at the top when everything is loading.

Re: B21 released, no crap
You have to update your code you got. Check one of the devlog comments.

Re: B21 released, no ♥♥♥♥
I think data should lower the threshold in which sounds become slowmo. because there isn't any slowdown and the sounds get sketchy. I'm starting to like it though, it's hella trippy
