Post Retrieving units with a dropship?
Is it possible to retrieve bodies crabs etc with a dropship? I've managed to retrieve weapons lying on the ground, but the bodies always get crushed.

You can't retrieve actors.

A good thing to do is get a dropship and go across the map picking up weapons. Then when you return the ship you get more money because of the weapons inside. Alternatively you can send an actor out to get the weapons and then make him drop them into a rocket. :)

What.

It wouldn't pick up actors on a different team.

I wonder if Data will let the unit still bleed while in the craft?

It will still bleed while in the craft, but all the blood would be let out when he's dropped out of the craft.
Same thing when they have something with emitters in their inventory, it all gets sent at once when he pulls weapon out.

Meaning a lagstorm potentially propelling the craft upward in a torrent of blood.
Actually, I think I'll fill a dropship with blood emitters just to see that happen.

"Okay, we've picked up the units, let's go."

"But sir! We're out of fuel!"

"Nevermind...open and close the doors quickly and repeatedly!"

Oh yeah, this would be awesome in the campaign.
Your last is retreating from the map, and the dropship has already lifted off. The lone Coalition lake a flying leap, activiates his jetpack, and flys into the dropship just as it leaves the map.
Epicsauce.
