It's Spanish. I don't know the language but it is easy to tell.

Ok, I know that this is an uber-old post, but I saw this from the older CC topic on the General forums. I wanted to know if anyone can change the glitch that makes things explode. I'm pretty sure that it's all hardcoding but I'm still curious.
Oh! One more thing: Download the file, unzip it into a empty folder, and then when you look at it, there is a Promgrounds.rte and a Stompinggrounds.rte. Is there a way to put Stompinggrounds on a newer version? Just wonderin'.
Please don't go psyco because I revived an old post.
EDIT- If anyone wants the oldest version that is still working go here:

If anyone finds an older working version, post it.

You really have to try it to understand it... but... rockets spin out of control, and actors randomly explode. Read the post that Data put up, he explains it better.

Well, this seems to be a popular topic to bump.
At least it reminds Data to port it over to linux, if it hasn't been ported already.
