I like the Riotbreaker as he is, proportion wise. Been thinking of adding more(external) armor plates however.

An extra sword muzzle wouldnt hurt.. though to be honest it kinda IS a DKsword clone.. of all the examples I've seen of swords in CC, Darlos9D's is my favorite by far.

As for DarKlone sprites/sounds? Er.. I didn't use any :o so I'm not sure what you mean.

As for external armor, I've been thinkin the same thing. The soldier/officer/scout are all a little squishy.

For the record, If anyone wants to mod this stuff to suit their liking please feel free. If you want to re-release something of mine that you've modded, just credit me and go for it.

You want the guns to fire at higher velocity? They already rape pretty badly (not AAL stuff though, I'll admit).

I steadfastly refuse to change the scout head 8) I like it that way hehe. Feel free to mod it yourself

I'm thinkin yes there will be a mech pilot. Probably a woman :shock: This team is seriously lacking in sleek women.

What I mean is, delete all the DK sprites and sounds off the rte.
You're not using them right?

EDIT: every Faction as of now does not have a woman actor.

OHHH. I just realised what I did. Will fix in the morning xD thanks roy.

EDIT: Fix'd the RTE, it's a MB lighter now :oops: good spot roy. Also there's a few weapon tweaks there, and if you really want to see them the WIP cyclops sprites.

I'll introduce the first ever CC woman tomorrow. Goodnight!

That mech looks like it'll be awesome. Sort of funny, that that thing will have a woman for a driver.
(I don't mean that as a sexist comment, I mean that the mech's design is far from feminine)
We'll make sure not to ask where you get the sounds for her.

Anyways, about what you have so far, I like it, but the weapons are simply too big. Your handgun is the size of a clone's torso, the handles are as big as some of the vanilla guns are, etc. I like the actors, but the guns' sprites don't fit with NVC actors nor vanilla actors.

This mod wins.
Great sprites, great sounds, Trench coats.

Jetpack looks awesome, cool guns, sword wing looks WIKKID! *air guitar*

A few complaints however.

Pistol: Bullets too sharp.
Sniper: Bullets just a little bit too sharp, and clip size too high.
Shotguns: Nice guns, but the bullets should only have tiny trails, it looks weird with long trails. Also not blue.
SMG: Bullets are too blue, otherwise fine.
Sword: DEAR GOD MAN! Bullets are WAY too sharp, I reduced it to 200, and it was much less ludicrous, and yes it'll have trouble getting through Darklone armour, but do you really expect it to? Also TERRAIN RAEP!

I have to say, this pack has ♥♥♥♥ of promise, but from the little i've just seen any played (albeit i am on vodka and vicodin right now) you need to fix muzzleflash offsets, hand offsets, and up the power on the weapons, and the boost power on the jetpacks.

I'm also glad you call it mech and not mecha, I hate it when people call it that, even if it is the correct term!

The term "mecha" is derived from the Japanese abbreviation meka (メカ, meka?) for the English word "mechanical". In Japanese, "mecha" encompasses all mechanical objects, including cars, guns, computers, and other devices. 1. Was it hard to tear them up? Grif said my tortured .inis are hard to navigate in. Atleast the old ones were like that (Bomb pack ini). Since if they are, I'll try to make them more obvious.

2. Nonono! Slower instead, and more mass and particle count to increase power.

3. Oh well, but he still looks goofy.

4. Pilot as woma... what? o_O

1) not Particularly difficult. I mostly looked at your actors and guns. Haven't touched on bombs yet. The whole CC code structure made my head hurt for the first few hours, then I learned to live with the pain :grin:

2) Ah. Yeah i'm still playing with the values across the board. Cheers for the input there

3) No accounting for taste I suppose 8)

4) Damn straight. Everyone knows mechs perform at their best when piloted by skimpy women. It's sci-fi fact!
