[Solved]If CC B20 Fails to connect to licensing server...

 [Solved]If CC B20 Fails to connect to licensing server...I've tried with the firewall off, but it still fails, is there any other ways?
Solution: Downgrade to CC B19 and then register the key, it should work (unless your firewall blocks it), then upgrade to CC B20, withoud deleting/uninstalling B19. Last edited by adam01 on Sat Apr 12, 2008 3:24 am, edited 1 time in total. |

Re: Fails to connect to licensing server. If you're on Vista, sometimes the program isn't on the Allowed Access list, and thus is prevented from connecting to the server. I don't know how to fix it myself, but that could be the problem.

Re: Fails to connect to licensing server. Na, im on XP. I've tried re-installing it. It still doesnt work. Can DataRealms send me a zip with it preset with the key?

Try emailing Support@datarealms.com. Data might be able to help you out more. Other than that, I can't think of anything. |
