When the game is developed to the point where its multiplayer capable, how would you go about making online play come into it?

Then again, are you even going to?

i dont think multiplayer is a good idea, what about mods?? do you have to download the other players mods?? and maybe he has editied some files you dont want to be edited... i say NO MULTIPLAYER, maybe lan, but not ONLINE!!

Online would be a good way to bring more attention to the game. Certainly the best and most popular games usually have multiplayer capability.

For the mod problem, new mod folder, downloadable mods, (mods aren't that large are they?) downloadable maps from servers (This is useful), a mod activator in game, (Select mods which are on or off from a box that has a list of the mods that are detected, and are detected by a text file or the folder name of the mod).
