...Need a super weapon for riggers? I happen to be a specialist in those. : 3

Sure, why the crap not? XD An AMR perhaps (Anti Matter Rifle). It's as much of a rifle as a cannon is though. Results in a pretty big boom. Maybe a smaller version too, for those tough to kill enemies.

Give me the all the details and specs you want and if I get spontaneously hyper, I might actually do it.

Since you said antimatter, I though of the antimatter blast in Missile Momentum Mayhem game; On impact, the charge creates a small vortex that compresses and then finally explodes at a desired raping power.

Thats just an example of what it could be.

Taking a scientific view, it would either be an incredibly unstable nuclear warhead (in effect, but functioning differently), or would be like a laser which cuts through everything.

Antimatter and Matter destroy one another upon contact, releasing massive amounts of energy.

Yep. A handful of antimatter would probably destroy a solar system. I'd rather not give it WMD destructive capabilities. Wouldn't be fun to have to reset after firing it. More like everything in the general area of where its fired is spontaneously destroyed in a pretty looking explosion. It'd probably be a large cannon that would mount on the shoulder or carried in the way the Heavy Cutting laser is. A microscopic amount of antimatter would be contained in a shell, which detonates on impact.

But hey, don't let me stop you from making the desired super weapon :3

Since the riggers are good with controlling things on a nano-scale, why not make a single, shoulder mounted launcher. It focuses the direction that the antimatter will travel, but because in essence the gun is slowly destroying itself it has more and more explosive power and anti-matter to release (using winterous's emitter muzzleflash idea) one it's released, is slightly devastating but takes a long time for the barrel to rebuild itself to prepare for another charge.

I've noticed a slight problem in a theory that scientists came up with about antimatter- If they're going to make an antimatter bomb, how do they store it?

But THIS is the future, the present scientists will just have to work it out eventually.
(It's also a video game, so realism is NEVER the primary concern.)

Also- How about something that just launches heavy objects at stuff? Getting shot in the face kills fast, getting a brick thrown at your face doesn't, but still hurts like hell, and Riggers apparently love causing pain.

after some short digging on wikipedia, appearantly they can use electro magnetic fields to store chraged antimatter, but not uncharged anti-matter.

Yeah, you can't keep it in a container, because that just gets destroyed.
They have to keep it suspended in a vacuum, in a magnetic field, so that it can't make contact with anything.

I propose the gun would fire small shells (which contain the antimatter (only a few hundred atoms) in a tiny magnetic field) which explode violently after a short delay and leave a lot of radiation behind.

I'm currently making a fission bomb, it leaves radiation in the area for a minute, you can have the coding for that if you want.

I think that the entire rigger race is too generalized. If they are smart enough to be more advanced than we are, then there is no way that ALL of them are violent/love causing pain. Usually intellectual people shy away from violence.

Usually is the keyword here... Criminal masterminds, for instance, are often quite
intelligent, but that does absolutely not mean that they shy away from violence...
Well, they usually send their goons to do their dirty jobs, but i think you get the idea...
But you do make a fair point about the generalization part.

That aside, tell me if you need some coding done, as i'm currently in a period of
high modding activity... Spriting is not something i could do though, it'd just end
up looking like all my other crap sprites.

Well, I'm just going off the Anti-matter rifle concept described in the GURPS Ultratech book. Pretty functional idea I thought. Also, the Riggers were actually engineered by a higher intelligence. They became independent from this creator at a later time, but their dispositions are genetic, thus they all share them. Also coded into their genetic structure is the innate knowledge of physics, mathematics, and basic mechanical and electronic knowledge, much in the way human children are born with basic motor skills. There are Riggers that do in fact differ from the others and these can lead Rigger colonies rather than High Tinkerers, but they still have their genetic predispositions.

So they ARE orks with black skin.
That's essentially what orks are, engineered killing machines with a genetic understanding of technology.
