Hmm, I don't recall the concept art, mind linking to it? I just remember the mission description that data made that included the titan.
On with the mod...
Work on that idle limbpath, he looks a bit.. jittery for a mechanical colossus.
Guided shotgun rockets, interesting. But their exhaust and explosion need a lot of work. They may push and kill, but they don't really look good doing it. Also they don't fit the sprite, which shows one big missile. And the sprite doesn't show that missile firing.
The double cannon thing looks very good.
The 'muzzleflash' smoke looks especially nice, is that a shortlived AEmitter on the round?
Can't wait to gib it to pieces with my GML use it.
If you do find a way to make the rockets spin faster, please tell me. Maybe AngularVelocity on the arms or something like that would do the trick?

A freaking cannon, awesome. Something about a cannonball the size of an Acrab and weighing 100 times that just makes me want a DL right now.
Other than that, I pretty much agree with what Azukki was talking about with the rockets needing some workover, both in size and effect.
As well as the actor needing to be stabilized a bit during idle stance.
Awesome, awesome stuff.

I have a comment.
The multi-missile launcher thing, Could I suggest that you modify it to launch a single, larger projectile, that mid-flight, bursts into the missiles? I'd been wanting to make something like that, but never got around to it.
