Anyways, lately the controls seem to "stick"
Like when I try to aim up, i'll tap W and the actor will aim up as if I held W down. Do I need to re-install of something?

Yeah, that happened to me on one of my computers. So I switched to another.

Ever since I downloded the newest build, my controls have been sticking also.

Got any joysticks plugged in?
If not its due to your computer being to slow on the uptake that you've let go.
I've had the same problem on a few high end C++, Java made games.
