Flashy effects are cool, but if anyone is going to make this, start without any gibs, we want to see if it works before giving it flashy sparkles.

If you added effects, why on earth would you set them to collide with things?

stawp rite der!. it is simple, make the actor a gib of the rocket, then have the gun kill the first actor in the process of firing, less hacky and all you have to do if you want it to be compatible with any other actor all it is is a tiny bit of code instead of attachments and souls and all that evil witch-doctor voodoo crap.
edit: I HAD A MASSIVE BRAINFART, make the rocket appear BEHIND the actor with doors open! no blood left and should work if the entire rocket was a door, ohay it should work with any actor too.

Gibbed actors can't be controlled.
In responce to your brainfart : no ♥♥♥♥, I was doing that anyway.
Actors don't enter rockets.
You misunderstand a lot of the process.
Your idea (such as I can understand it) would make the gun only work for one actor. My idea would allow any actor, after a quick modification (and I do mean quick, it'll just be a matter of using ctrl+H to replace instance names) to use it.

This is serious modding, you have no idea how to do this. Stay out or you'll make a fool of yourself. Or come back when you can mod and spell.
