Post walking without legs
hmm I can't get this to happen again. But somehow this actor manages to walk using his hands. Is this common? I guess I use the pack too much to notice.

Heh just thought I'd post it here cause it remind me of the first terminator movie near the end :P

I believe it is using the climb animations that can be seen when you try going up steep hills, (or ladders...)

It probably has something to do with how the vectors were set for the actor, causing it to activate the animation at a lower degree.

I think it's something new with V10 or 11, I never noticed it before, only robots seem to do it.

I would love it if walking with hands and climbing was implemented properly! (As in happens much more often)

One time when I was playing with masterchief, he had all of his limbs blown off, and remained among the living. Later in the game, a dropship came near him and I had no characters around, so I used his jetpack to blast him up into the dropships engine...I took the dropship out. O_O

LOL, I did something like that, I had a green clone that lost it all, he had 16 health when he stopped bleeding... so I was flying around, trying to die so I didn't have a random actor, when I saw a dropship so I landed on it and then blasted off and took out an engine.

That's mostly what I mean, they don't climb unless your going less then a kilometre an hour, which is almost impossible with jetpacks, and when they do climb, well, they don't climb long enough, Data, what the hell is wrong with having actors climb when you want them to? :x
