firstly, I find you comment very rude and feel that Data would not have the time to read it all. It is rude because you posted basically reasons why you don't like him, IN HIS THREAD and in the public eye.

you are putting Data into a very hard position, and trying to get him to do an admins job, I don't know what Data does AT ALL (besides making CC), but he is apparently very... very busy (or so he says every time he posts).

I asked Data What specification the machine used to test CC is about 2 weeks-a month ago and I have received no reply, maybe he doesn't like me or maybe he doesn't check very often, in which case I think your unlikely to get a reply any time soon.

Why is it only the trolls and flamers complain about WizardJames? If anything, he does a fine job making the forums a friendly place for new members, WHICH IS WHAT THIS FORUM NEEDS BECAUSE IT'S FOR A GAME THAT WILL BE SOLD, and new members means potential income.

You ass, it's not like I gave him a deadline. ♥♥♥♥, I didn't even try to force him to do anything.

If he wants to ignore it, he's totally welcome to.

I made my previous post to put Wizard into an uncomfortable situation.

I am currently actively perfectly fulfilling the definition of a martyr.

and yet... this makes it all fine and dandy, that you are obviously trying to become an admin (and even use backwards psychology after putting in all your good qualities, and closing on it so that it is the last thing he thinks about).

I think that your posts are a lot worse than wizard james, in the fact that yours 97% of the time consists of flaming, and yet you comment on WJ's bad use of posts.

his activity is a little laxed and he may not play the game, well so what about not playing the game, it doesn't make him any more or less qualified, it's not like you need to know about the game to do a completely unrelated task; moderate/administrate a forum.

@other people I am not sticking up for james, but I see no reason for grif to be made admin, especially when igf is coming up real quick and WJ may be Data's best friend or something/

Shut the f*** up. I do not want to be an admin of this forum, and it's not like I could anyways. This domain is hosted on WJ's webspace. Even if he got removed as an admin, he could login with FTP and delete the entire phpBB folder off the server.

I commented on WJ's :downs: like posts. Seriously, have you ever even read his ♥♥♥♥? It's hideous.

I said WJ had no passion for the game. You're going to be a hell of a lot better admin if you actually CARE about what you're administrating over.

Ahhhh, this will be both sad and happy for me, but I'll join my new crew.

I joined in august, in B17. I learned about it from boredom one day. I googled Indie Games, and saw a link that eventually led here. My first post was in the Forum Fun Section. It was that Love/hate thread. I can't even remember what it was, and it doesn't matter. But what i remember is someone telling me welcome to Datarealms.

I posted daily, and slowly left my previous forum [I can't juggle a social life for ♥♥♥♥...]

Over the days, weeks, and eventual months, I settled in here nicely. I wasn't anywhere near a part of the family, but I knew I had to try. It's different, being at a small, closed off community forum. You know people, and they know you.

I eventually ran into Pyro and Grif. They seemed to at least know my name, but didn't much care for me. I had grown fond of being here.

Then, we started to hit trouble. With the IGF submission, we inevitabley drew in a crowd I had hoped we'd avoid.

Noobs.

They loved to post un-intelligent posts, because this was, in some cases, their first foray from IM'ing. I figured they would learn. They didn't. The forum became filled with their posts, and the older members lashed out. This brought about the Mod review section. Some people liked it, some hated. Ultimately, it was rejected, and mods went back to allowing anything.

Then, THOR left. I had a mixed feeling for THOR. It was love, hate, and lust [wait, what?!]. He was a heavy flamer to me, until he left. Then i went back and read his posts. They made sense, and I saw the decline of the already unstable forum after his withdrawal. I had realized that his insults, fire, and hate was all needed.

Then, we have the current events. I have grown sick of James, as in my history, he has gone from a shadowy puppet master, ruling in the shadows, to an idiot, changing the forum at a whim.

I won't go into a ranting detail, but I will say this.

I will miss you people. I know many will not miss me, or anyone else leaving for that matter. But I know This is a good choice.

I hope this forum gets better.



And Data, I'm still buying the game, no level of idiocy will ever change that.

[and if I'm not banned, I may jump in every now and then, in case there are some decent Mods for my CC folder.]

also thanks for pointing out one of my mistakes, I greatly appreciate it. I forgot what it was and searched it on google and many people have written it so I assumed it was right, not wanting to spend a great deal of time on it.

no, I like a GOOD flame war, but most of your posts are pathetic (the fact that a majority of your posts are unfunny snide comments on other people.), such as ^this^ one, I have seen a lot of worse flame wars than have been on this forum.
