The palette comes standard when you open a standard base image with Graphicsgale..

For me it gets loaded with every .bmp that was in the base file.

That's how I did my ship, first made it in MSPaint with full color, then copied it over. Some of the colors were a little off, but you should be able to fix it. Oh thank you!
