Post NO SKELLIES (petiton)
If you absoloutly HATE skellies, and or robots post here, i require nothing but ur post. this petition will be sent to data for the upcoming build. My goal is 30 people.

Just because the skellies and robots kill you all th time it does not make them annnoying, the game dos not need less skellies and robots it needs many more. Everything seems so simplsitic with the character with out mods.

This topic is not going to go well.

The skeletons are supposed to be something like half-finished clones.

And the robots are alien technology from what I remember.

we need a big mech like the one in mr.X's siggy. that would be epic. but i agree, skullies are annoying put me on the petition. or data can make skellies funner to kill, like they scream a different way every time they die...

Skellies and Robots are awesome.

They have specific stengths and weaknesses that make gameplay that much more addicting.

Skellies - Can withstand multiple hits to any part, but this strength falls short when confronted with automatics. Stuck to land with no jetpack, they are the zombies of the game.

Robots - Tough against everything, except head shots. Usually what would take a skelly 5 head shots or a clone 3 head shots, would take a robot only 1 headshot to destroy it.

Ok ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, what in the hell could make them so annoying? Do you suck as CC so bad that you're constantly within that very short short range of the the blunderbuss? The skeletons are slow, easy to kill and can barely hit you unless you are within 5 feet of their face.

The skeletons in my opinion are a huge part of the game, they offer variety and add another level of play to the game, taking them out would be a huge mistake, not to mention the wasted time making the skeleton, the gibs, the blunderbuss, and reprograming the game simple because "30 people" find them annoying. Isn't that what your generic enemy is supposed to do? Annoy you?

Oh and if you think Data's really going to throw out the skeleton because 30 people, out of the 3000+ that are on this forum alone don't like the skeletons, you, are seriously ♥♥♥♥ in the head.

Also, lets not forget that you can very easilly rename the skeleton character to a character that the computer doesn't use (or use much of) like the blue clone.

Changing the AHuman's name from "Skeleton" to "Blue Clone" and "Blue Clone" to "Skeleton" in the .txt's will effectively swap the two characters for eachother... Hence, no more skeletons.

ok dude im makingsprites for the skelleis so they r better, and tht thay bleed, sorta lioke a half finished clone/ half bloody clone and have bloody skellie. and no i dont suck at cc,i just want more juicy actors tht bleed, and i want a realistic game not somezombie crap. thts just my opinion

The game ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE REALISTIC.

It's in the future. :P

Although I do crave clone / human combat alot...

As well as vehicles :grin:

CC would be alot interesting with zombies like in HL2. All the gameplay right now is based around guns and bombs, there is not enough melee unless you use your actor to smash a Drop Ships wing off or you smash into a opponent.

Without skellies the game will loose variancy.

I actually do prefer shooting at fleshy targets than skellies. Kinda more fun.
But still, skellies are still an interesting horde enemy.

Verdict: Naw.
