Heroes.
It would be cool to have special characters with cool customized guns that you can only place in base-build mode, for example, I customized my sniper rifle to have a rotary clip in the stock, you could make a hardcore sniper hero with this and some cool pistol, and perhaps a few fancy grenades or something.
Think about it.

Umm, just remove the line AddToGroup = Guns? But of course then you gotta add it in some other group.. Like HEROES GUNZ

You could make an unbuyable hero actor with unbuyable hero guns prelaced in a map. But you'd only be able to use them on that map.
And you'd have to make the guns not collide with the floor so nobody else could grab them.

Yeah that's what I meant, they start with unbuyable guns, and I was thinking more along the lines of, you buy one at the start of the game, and only one.

That should be possible. AddToGroup to put it in the buy menu, then Buyable = 0 to keep them out of the buy menu, amirite?

set them to an insane amount of gold.Like 3/4 of the currently available settings.ini starting funds mchange.wasnt the max like 100,000? oz?

Not necessarily... somebody who kills the guy and doesn't destroy the gun in the process deserves the gun... if I can get to it after he kills him! I mean, there is only one, and it can be destroyed, and in this game there's no telling what else might get in the way... you know?
