Dueling Volcanos
I have an idea for a map.
On a remote area in cortex command land, a corporation has created colonies to mine gold, with the bases hidden in extinct volcanoes. However, at one colony tensions rose, and now the colony is plunged into a civil war.
In the map, where are two similar volcano bases, with artificial lava spewers on the tops. There are some protected shooting holes, and on the top of the volcano in the crater there is a rocket that plugs up the opening to the base.
There is a mining shaft, and in the complete version there will be a vertical room with a turret. The brain is hooked up tot he turret, and it is so close that when the turret is defeated and destroyed, it ultimately explodes and kills the brain.
Here is a concept w/o the vertical tunnel.

This kind of base is very possible and I have the Skills to make it.
In fact I have a left over volcano Emmiter from another map
I was making and I will PM it to anybody who wants it.
But, I'm not going to make the bases, contours, etc.
Try asking a skilled base spriter.

I got a different idea...
this time, it has a rocket and some stuff.
EDIT:
When the rocket takes off (why do we need rockets, again?) it leaves another spot for the eneypies to go to.
The shooting holes are sloped so theres no lava getting in the base.

I like this idea, but on the second map, wouldn't the lava hit, and hurt the rocket?
P.S. Blunderbuss is spelled with S's, not Z's. It looks like Z's in game though.

Anyways, if the lava hurts things, it will cut the terrain... It would make more sense to have pyroclastic eruptions.
Why do the SMG guys have diggers?
The hard dirt should continue down for realism, volcanoes are just slapped on top on the earth.

I meant rocks and smoke... doesn't sound impossible, just some impact explosives.
