My computer is dead silent, $410 (If you include my RAM upgrade), has 1.5 Gb of RAM, a 200GB hard drive, and a 128mb graphics card. Best and cheapest computer I own. Oh... and I got upgraded to Windows Vista Premium for free.

1gb and I've never had any problems related to ram. No need for any more, as I can run anything I want to at comfortable speeds with it. The only slowdowns I experience are related to my graphic card. ALWAYS. ALWWAAAAAYS.
