500 sparklers doesn't really cost much, exspecially when you buy it in the bigass packs, so I think you get could 500 for 20-30 bucks, probably less.

The whole thing is made of cement and metal on the outside and there aren't many flammables inside the building I just wanna smash a few windows with a big boom.

oh... I use ping pong balls... I put a hole in them, scrape off the sparkly burny stuff, put it in the ping pong ball, get a bit a paper masking tape, stick it over the tiny hole, then make a hole in the masking take, get some string, dip it in white out (white out is flammable), stick it in the hole, then paint the ball black. It doesn’t make a huge explosion, just a tiny burst of fire but i did turn an army man into pumas with it .

Okay, put pellets in about thirty of those with a mass fuse which is LONG, and run like ♥♥♥♥.
