Hamachi network
This is made for and only for cool DRL-related folks who want to play Starcraft or other LAN-based games with me and some other folks.
There is a network up:
name: Clan Indigo Lightning
pass: weareclan
Join it if you want to play. Dont join it if you aren't going to play, or I'll ban your fracking ass so fast you wont know what happened.
Also, if you join this network with the intention to play, make sure you "Go offline" when you finish, or I'll kick you.
Currently, we are looking for some folks to play Starcraft with Daman, CherryT, IWCY, and myself. The more the merrier, but theres only two slots left for an eight player game.
Let me know here if youre interested and what your display name on hamachi is so that i dont kickban you.

I would, but I'm vacationing, so I can't.
If you're still doing it when I get back, make sure to remind me.
Oh, and no flaming. I should really hope that we're all just about past that.*
*Funny joke, huh?

I should get Starcraft. I suck at RTS', though. Also, Hamachi wins. We need CC LAN.

I don't have Starcraft... can we play Total Annihilation instead? Or LAN CS:S/Gmod... Or CC via some screen-view thing... Or Splinter Cell Chaos theory (please can some1 say they have it).
Anyway, I'm on the Hamachi network. So, what game?

I don't have starcraft, but I know how to play. One time, I played LAN against my friend who owns it, and I beat him. That made me feel good.

Well no one ever mentioned that there is a DataRealms network.
Besides, I dont want all of you people with access to my computer.

They don't get access to your computer unless you let them have it. It's pretty much jsut a LAN connection over the internet.

Its totally possible to join more than one hamachi network. That's the joy of hamachi.

Banana... there is an option: Disable Vulnerable Windows Services
I normally use it as well.

You missed my point entirely. I could have sworn I said I didn't want to disable file sharing because I need to continue sharing with stuff on my network.
Disabling that "vulnerable service" would disable that functionality I require. I have one workstation set up so that it acts as a media distribution devices to my TV adn stuffs.
Turning off file sharing is not an option.
