Game: Grims RPG mod (alright, it's not really a MMORPG but it's an RPG and it's got online multiplayer..)
Other: It took me about 120 orcs, over 200 Gondorian soldiers, and a couple of goblin caves, but it was worth it.

Comment = My own private server plus a little mysql database hacking. Editing a text file doesn't count as hacking. Just like using a command to set your level to that doesn't count as the highest level you've gotten to, because you didn't get there, you just set it to that.

30 on Tibia, but then I realised I wasn't having fun at all.
Then I never played any MMOs again, and that was 5 years ago.
