Or to put it simple a userbar gen? She probably is, as those look exactly like the ones I make with ubargen.

Can you just tell me the deminsion in pixles the userbars are?(Isuck at finding out where to go or where to find these types of things)

Yea the newer ones are, but you can get like photoshop 5 for free and it is not that bad.
