Actualy SC 2 wasnt out of nowhere, If you payed attention to IGN and alot of theier reports there was ALOT of people hinting that sc 2 was coming out about 1 month before it was announced.

I'd like to note that the GI article says "Fiscal Year 2009," which means after February 2008.

That's IGN's response to the confusion over the Game Informer article. It also note's that it's the fiscal year 2009, which is around April 2008.

Did anyone READ the PC gamer article? It's pretty much clear that Spore isn't cancelled.

They stopped supporting Westwood and all of the CC games apart from CC3.

EA doesn't realize that nobody buys their games because they're waiting for Spore or what? And now they put it for 2009. Jerks.

Well, the LAST thing we want is for it to come out early and be the coaster of the year for 2007 (or coasters, considering how many CDs it'll take to hold all of it).

At least most of you still get to play it before you graduate and go on to greener technicolorier pastures.
