Hey, guys, generally bigger actors make more people happy. (If they work, that is) Don't go calling things impossible when you've never tried them. Have you seen any of the big actors sitting around the forums? Oh, and I believe that ivan has long since proved himself capable of modding.

Re: WH40k basic space marines.
Well the Titan doesn't have to be super big, it can just be the size of the MPAM (I think that's the right name) in AAL.
I know that if you make it to that size it wont be accurate according the codex's but at least it's something.

Re: WH40k basic space marines.
The plasmagun should have rapidfire as in the rules, the boltgun bolts should explode and the actors and drop-pod are way to small. Otherwise it's a very good mod.

The plasma-gun's already damn powerful, so I can forgive it being semi-automatic. What it COULD do with, however, is 'Gets Hot!'. I don't know if you can script random effects or percentage odds, but if the gun were to misfire, say, 5% of the time and kill the user or melt the weapon, it'd be a lot more fun (and realistic).

Re: WH40k basic space marines.
Space Marines often don't die from their plasma guns exploding. They're super-soldiers, for one, and the power armor blocks most of the burns. There was a book, Sons of Fenris, where a Dark Angel Veteran fired his plasma gun at one of the main characters, a member of the Space Wolves. The first shot was a near miss, and the second shot caused the gun to explode in his face. He was blown back a few feet, but managed to keep fighting later on in the book, with his bolt pistol. He might have died later, but 3 out of the 5 Dark Angels became main characters.

Re: WH40k basic space marines.
I've stuck to Gaunt's Ghosts and I play Guard, so a plasma-gun overheating pretty much guarantees a painful but brief death.

Hey boba_fett, I'm trying to use your DA mod (as a big fan of the dark angels), but i can't seem to get it to work. Upon trying to run the mod, i keep getting the error:
Abortion in file .\Managers\PresetMap.cpp, line 162, because: Failed to find the DA.rte Data Module!
