Doesn't CC not touch the Settings.ini file on reinstall? I've reinstalled a few times, and all my settings (controls and registration things, as well as resolution) always stayed intact. Someone give this guy a Settings.ini to use. Actually, MaximDude has it. use that. Copy it over to Settings.ini and make sure nothing else is there.

Yes, some files stay the way they are.
That's why before reinstalling you must delete the existing CC folder.
